RESERVATION CONDITIONS

• The reservation deposit is non-refundable and applicable only towards the session chosen at the time of the reservation.

• The balance of the total cost is payable before the beginning of the session or upon arrival at the centre.

• We reserve the right to cancel a session with two weeks notice and in this case, we will either apply the deposit to another session or reimburse the amount paid, as preferred by client.

• Once the session has begun, we will not reimburse any amount, except in the extremely rare case where we must end the client’s retreat for any reason. In that case, we may make a partial reimbursement, according to the circumstances.
